Unexplained disorders are associated with disordered communication between the body’s natural sensory system and the brain (known as the “autonomic system”).

Life events, daily stress and anxiety appear to play an important role in fatigue, gut disorders, headache, mood disorders and sleep quality.

Until recently, measuring the bodily response to stress and relaxation has been limited.

Firstbeat Bodyguard3 is a recent upgrade on the elite technology that monitors heart rate variability (HRV).

Continuous physiological monitoring of the balance between sensory system (the sympathetic nervous system that controls “fight and flight”) and the parasympathetic system (that promotes health, growth and recovery) is now possible.

Your HRV report can illuminate issues that may be causing symptoms and act as powerful biofeedback for lifestyle changes, which can achieve improved physiological wellbeing.

Continue self-monitoring for 12 months.
